Diet – is the most important term in lose weight quickly. Of course, you can stop eating to achive your goal. But this is not the best solution and  not recommended by experts. 

Yes, for 3 days of hunger strike can be reset from 3 to 5 kilograms (depending on physical activity during the strike). But believe me, when your stomach is empty, you have insufficient of energy to do any physical works and just feel wanna lie down and sleep. Besides, hunger requires a gradual completion and you do not have time for it. Therefore, I suggest you to try these fast diets. Here my suggestion: 

Fast Diet #1

For 3 days, you can try to eat steamed chicken only. Moreover, a portion of chicken is quite small, only 600 grams per day. Divide it into three pieces and eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drink a plenty of water. Please note that, DO NOT drink the carbonated and beverage drinks since it consist of high sugar.

Fast Diet #2

The second fast diet is designed for 3-4 days. For breakfast, eat an egg and a cup of tea without sugar. At noon you can eat 150 grams of fat-free yogurt and a cup of yogurt or vegetable juice. Suitable carrot, cucumber, Pumpkin or pumpkin juice. At lunch you can eat 150 grams of steamed fish or meat. 

  1. Meat – Chicken, rabbit, turkey. 
  2. Fish – Hake, sole and other fish which are low in fat. 

In addition, you can eat salad without salt and seasoned with lemon juice. It is possible that on the 3rd day of observance of this fast diet you do not want to add fish and meat on your meal - just “DO NOT climb up into the throat“. We can replace meat with 150 grams cherry or strawberry. Then dinner replaced by a glass of soothing herbs.

Fast Diet #3

Fast diet number three: scheduled for 4 days. There can be only cooked rice (without salt and sugar), and only drink tomato juice. Steamed rice is a very unpleasant taste and thus calories. So for all you wish, you can not eat much. 

Fast Diet #4

Fourth fast diet is suitable for those with a strong and healthy stomach. 

  1. Breakfast: A glass of water, 5 drops of lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey. This “nectar” to drink quickly, but 10-15 minutes you can drink unsweetened coffee or tea. 
  2. Lunch: Steamed meat and vegetables. All products are free of salt and sugar. A weight eaten your dinner should not exceed 500g. Agree, this is quite a lot. But the…
  3. Dinner … fabulous dish: Take 200gram of cabbage and cook for 20 minutes in a small quantity of water (water should be enough to cabbage was only lightly covered, but not swim). When cabbage is cooked, merge the broth and drink. DO NOT eat the cabbage. If bedtime unbearably hungry, you can drink a glass of none-fat yogurt. Sustain this diet is difficult, but the result is impressive. You can lose weight about 5 kg in just 4 days.
